It started with a cancelled gym membership and a 6am alarm that went off anyway.
Our founder, Jay, had just moved to a new city for work. No gym nearby. No space. No equipment. Just a bare apartment floor and a body that still wanted to move.
He ordered resistance bands and a foam roller off the internet. They broke within a month. He ordered better ones. They cost a fortune. He ordered cheaper ones again. The cycle repeated.
There was no middle ground between cheap garbage and overpriced gear you’d need a warehouse to store.

In 2022, Jay started quietly sourcing. Testing. Returning. Testing again. Not looking for the cheapest option — looking for the right one.
He wanted gear that could survive a suitcase, a concrete floor, a rainy balcony. Gear that didn’t need a manual. That worked the first time, every time.
If it wouldn’t survive a year of daily use, it didn’t make the cut.
Every product Zenvera carries was tested for months before it was listed. Some were rejected five times before a version passed.
The best workout is the one that
actually happens.
We don’t believe fitness belongs only to people with time, space, or money to spare. We believe it belongs to the shift worker. The traveller. The parent with 30 minutes. The person trying again for the hundredth time.
