Structural casing stability
A rigid outer housing helps limit unnecessary casing flex and surface rattle.
ZENVERA RECOVERY SCIENCE / 01
QuietStrike™ Housing is Zenvera’s casing architecture designed to reduce unwanted motor resonance, casing buzz, and harsh vibration transfer before it reaches the user’s hand.
ABSTRACT
Percussion recovery devices generate force through rapid oscillation. However, uncontrolled vibration can travel through the casing, increasing perceived noise, hand fatigue, and mechanical harshness. QuietStrike™ Housing was developed as a housing-level control system focused on three variables: casing resonance, vibration transfer, and acoustic refinement.
MATERIAL OBSERVATION
A close-up look at the upper body shell, where QuietStrike™ focuses on reducing casing buzz, surface resonance, and harsh hand-transfer vibration.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The objective is not to silence the motor. The objective is to reduce the amount of unwanted resonance and casing buzz that reaches the user.
TECHNOLOGY LOCATION
A vibration-dampening outer body designed to reduce casing buzz and keep every session feeling controlled.
RESEARCH PROBLEM
In compact massage guns, the motor, drive mechanism, and casing operate in a confined structure. When casing rigidity, motor vibration, and surface resonance are not controlled properly, the device can feel louder, rougher, and less refined.
TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECTURE
A rigid outer housing helps limit unnecessary casing flex and surface rattle.
The housing is designed to reduce the transfer of excess motor vibration into the hand grip.
The casing architecture helps lower the sharp buzzing sensation commonly associated with compact percussion devices.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Motor vibration generated during percussion output.
QuietStrike™ Housing manages the casing response by reducing resonance and external vibration transfer.
A smoother, quieter, more controlled recovery experience.
QuietStrike™ does not silence the motor. It manages the way vibration moves through the casing.
DESIGN VALIDATION FRAMEWORK
How loud the device feels in close-range use.
How much vibration is amplified through the outer shell.
How much unwanted vibration reaches the grip.
How stable the device feels during longer recovery routines.
PERFORMANCE MARKERS
TECHNICAL GLOSSARY
The vibration response of the outer shell when the motor is active.
The movement of mechanical vibration from the internal system into the user’s hand.
The reduction of harsh buzzing or sharp operating noise.
The physical structure and material layout of the device shell.
PULSEX™ INTEGRATION
QuietStrike™ Housing is integrated into the upper motor body of the PulseX™ Massage Gun, where motor vibration is most likely to translate into casing noise and user-perceived harshness.
