Ordering & Payments

Zenvera supports major card and digital payment options shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods may vary depending on your location and device.

After your order is placed, Zenvera will send an email confirmation. Please check that your email, shipping address, and order details are correct.

We begin processing orders soon after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, changes to the order or delivery address may no longer be possible.

You can enter your discount code in the cart or during checkout. Only one discount code may be accepted at a time depending on the promotion.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Zenvera offers free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Standard products are usually processed within 7–10 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Standard shipping is estimated at 15–25 business days. Expedited shipping is estimated at 10–15 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on location, carrier logistics, inventory availability, and customs clearance.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected, order weight and dimensions, and delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Zenvera offers international shipping to select locations. Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are included in the shipping cost where applicable.

Zenvera cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted/non-serviceable areas.

Returns & Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, contact Zenvera within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.

If your package is not delivered within 15 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a suitable replacement/refund solution.

Contact Zenvera support with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps if the item is eligible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by the circumstances of the order issue or applicable policy.
